Our Story

We created Setup2Connect when we saw our grandparents and their friends struggle using technology during the pandemic. As young adults, we instantly realized that COVID threw a whole generation into the tech-based world without knowing much about it. Suddenly, Instacart, FaceTime, and Zoom were in their everyday world. Simple things such as going to the doctor changed. They needed first to text the practice to let them know they were in the parking lot before being let in for their appointment. As our world focused on the younger students and their virtual learning hurdles, we saw the same issues on the other end of the age spectrum.

As word spread that we were offering lessons and services regarding technology, we saw that the demand for learning was even more significant than we could imagine. One perk we didn't realize when we started this venture was the joy connecting this generation to others would bring us both. We love seeing our client's anxiety levels decrease as they feel more comfortable with technology.
